| Description: | Last of the Spring Sprint Series on Powter Howe, the small wooded hill by the A66 and Bassenthwaite Lake. Parking is at the LDNPA car park (NY221265). Ideal for novices, newcomers, juniors and families. First timers especially welcome. Two courses: short / novice ~1 km and long ~2.5 km. Late starters should bring a headtorch! Courses close at 19:30. |
