| Description: | First of the summer series is at Low and High Hows, to the west of the river in Borrowdale south of Grange. Parking is in the Bowder Stone car park (NY253168) with either a walk round to the start (~2 km, ~25 min) or a fording of the river it is low enough. Usual series courses (long, short and novice). |
