Courses

Course description:Hampden Park offers a mix of ancient deciduous oak woodland with a complex network of paths, with many stretches of open woodland, expanses of classic municipal parkland and sports fields and courts. This mix can be challenging requiring quick thinking to negotiate the differing landscape. The classic park landscape includes streams and a lake to relax within once you have finished. The park provides great children’s play areas, toilets and a café. Yellow and orange courses have been planned so there should be no need to cross roads and or cross thick undergrowth whilst the Sprint O requires some running through open woods and undergrowth at times. It may therefore be advisable to cover one's legs. Please beware of the many other users in the park and treat with consideration.
