| Description: | Event 1 (of 3) of the Sunny Sussex weekend. Incorporating SE Middle distance champs. Abbots Wood is fairly flat with good runnability and surprisingly detailed in places (vegetation changes, water courses, point features). To be followed by an exciting short urban event in the early evening around Sovereign Harbour, Eastbourne, a few miles away. Then a long distance level B on Sunday morning around Friston Forest. This promises to be a weekend not to be missed |
