| Parking information: | Linear Parking on the Whiteley Hill Estate Road, which must only be accessed from the B2110 (600 metres NE of the Cowdray Arms). We will operate a one-way traffic flow - note that on leaving the event, extreme care should be taken when exiting onto the B2036 as this is a much busier road with fast moving traffic. |

| Course description: | Worthlodge Forest is one of Southdown Orienteers' finest areas. It is largely runnable with many features, including a number of valleys. The map was produced professionally by Roger Maher in 2018 for the Sunny Sussex weekend and has not been used since. |
