Description:	West Midlands League Event - normal course format . A wooded, steep sided in places with lots of mining, old canal lines, old railway tracks giving interesting features. Intricate path network. Fast in places and technical in other areas. You will also be running in Urban Terrain areas which will offer fast route choices and connected by path networks and parkland. Note whistles must be carried.
