Courses

Course description:Worthlodge is one of Southdowns Orienteers very best areas, having previously hosted the British Middle Distance Championships. It is largely runnable woodland, being undulating with several stream valleys and areas of interesting ground. While some tracks are currently quite muddy, the forest floor is firm and the straight line option is likely to be quickest for much of the Green & Blue courses.
