Courses

Course description:Limited entry on the day for White, Yellow and Orange courses only. EODs may not be able to keep map if there is high demand. There are three distinct areas. All courses use Bushey Norwood, a relatively flat, runnable field with scattered trees. The Orange, Light Green, Green and Blue courses visit the complex wooded area, within which there are many crags and boulders on a steep slope, although the Orange course stays along the main higher and lower paths. Competitors should be aware that the wooded area is rocky underfoot and can be very slippery in wet conditions. Care should be taking around crags, which can be very high, particularly if approaching from above. The barbed wire fences on the longer courses can be crossed although there are plenty of crossing points if preferred. There are often cows in the open areas, although they are very placid and used to people mingling with them. The golf course is out of bounds – please do not stray onto the course and try not to disturb the players. The start and finish are both within 200m of the parking.
