| Course description: | Short (Orange standard) 2.8km straight line, 4.2km optimum route, Medium (Green standard) 4.3km straight line, 5.6km optimum route, Long (Blue standard) 6.3km straight line, 8.6km optimum route. Juniors (under 16) must be accompanied by a responsible adult. There are courses suitable for beginners; help and advice available on the day. |
