| Description: | Event 1 of the Spring "SOG" series, aimed at local orienteers and newcomers of all ages, including family groups. 4 courses - Blue (hard) approx 6km, Green (hard) approx 4km, Orange (medium) approx 2.5k, Yellow (easy) approx 1.5km. The number of available maps for each course will be published on racesignup.co.uk and printed about 5 days before the event. Enter early to be sure of running your preferred course |

| Course description: | Brand new "Lidar" map - the first use of North Chailey (Red House) Common for several years. Mainly very runnable - a mix of heathland and birchwoods with some areas of gorse with plenty of ground and vegetation detail, including sections with complex gully systems. |
