| Parking information: | Suggested car park is at the south end of Grove Park, off Grove Road BS23 2AF (varieties.thin.danger). Charges: £1.30 for 1 hour, £2.30 for 2 hours, £3.50 for 3 hours, reduced charges after 6pm. If this is full, try Melrose Car Park on the sea front, Knightstone Road, BS23 2AW (brings.boost.fries), which has the same charges. Registration, start, finish and download will be at the upper (north east) end of Grove Park, (normal.those.foods). Please approach from the car parks using the roads, not through the park, as this is the competition area. There is some free street parking, but it is very limited. |

Details
| Description: | Part of BOK's Urban Orienteering Series, held most Wednesday evenings from Spring to early Summer. Short, Medium and Long courses offered at each event. Best 7 results on each course score for league trophies, with separate male and female competitions. Urban footpaths, residential and town centre streets and urban parks. Please note that the Causeway is currently not accessible as maintenance work is being carried out on Marine Lake. Road shoes and shorts are suitable. Please wear bright clothing for safety. There are areas of Grove Park which are marked as wildlife areas, please don’t run across them. Under 16s can run the Short course unaccompanied, but must be accompanied by an adult on the Medium and Long courses. |

Courses
| Course description: | The Short course is entirely within the park and perimeter roads, without any road crossings. Juniors (under 16) must be accompanied by a responsible adult on the Long or Medium courses. There are courses suitable for beginners; help and advice available on the day. |
