Description:Part of BOK's Urban Orienteering Series, held most Wednesday evenings from Spring to early Summer. Short, Medium and Long courses offered at each event. Best 7 results on each course score for league trophies, with separate male and female competitions. Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult on all courses due to numerous road crossings.

Courses

Course description:Urban footpaths, residential streets and harbourside paths. Road shoes suitable. All courses will visit sections of the marina, which can be busy. For everyone’s safety, when running along the quayside, please keep to the ‘inland’ side of the path and give way to members of the public who are out walking. The rest of your course will be in the complex housing estates of the Village Quarter and Port Marine, with the occasional bit of gratuitous scenery thrown in! Map • 1:4,000 scale with 2.5m contours. • Drawn by Ben Maliphant and updated in 2022. • Waterproof size A3/A4 with courses overprinted. • Loose control descriptions will also be available.
