| Description: | All courses will start/finish in the southern part of the predominantly runnable beechwoods of Eartham Wood (as per May's national event) with the longer courses also venturing onto Nore Hill (last used in 2010). The following courses will be offered: Brown, Blue, Short Blue, Green, Short Green, (suitable for light green runners), Orange, Yellow, White. |

Courses
| Course description: | All of the area was professionally resurveyed by Dave Peel in Spring 2023, with the Nore Hill section of the new map being used for the first time. All courses will start/finish in the flatter (southern) half of Eartham Wood, which is predominantly fairly mature / runnable beech, but longer courses will venture up onto Nore Hill which is mainly natural woodland and more varied. Our new car parking field on the fringes of Eartham Wood allows for close by start & finish locations |
