You can shape the future of our training webinars

British Orienteering’s pilot of three live online training sessions concluded last week and now is the opportunity to send in your thoughts and help shape the future programme. By letting us know the topics you’d want to be delivered, when you’d want to see them and how’s the best way to find out about them, we can develop a programme driven by our members. Regardless of whether you’ve watched the sessions live, recorded or not at all, we want to hear your views.

Over the last month, three sessions have been delivered, coaching for mixed abilities, planning for light green courses and developing your club. Each session provided a great insight into its particular area and we’re very grateful to Hilary Palmer, Barry Elkington and Pauline Tryner who shared their wealth of experience for all.

Peter Brooke, Development Officer said:  “I’d like to personally thank Hilary, Barry and Pauline for their time and expertise in making this pilot a success. The sessions were really informative, allowed us to try new things and learn what we needed to do for future sessions. Following each session, the feedback I’ve had so far has been very positive and most importantly constructive in how we can improve going forward.”

Peter continued:  “I’d urge anyone who watched the sessions at some stage and even those who didn’t get the chance, to complete the survey, all feedback is greatly appreciated”

The survey closes on Monday 5th November 5 pm, so please get your responses in by then.
