As part of the annual review, athlete representatives are asked to collate and present feedback from the squads they represent. The document below is a collation of a range of feedback from athletes and parents that has been summarised for public release to avoid sharing any private or personal issues.  

Ahead of the publication of this document this feedback was discussed with both the talent squad representative Alastair Thomas and the rest of the squad attending the first talent camp of the new season on the weekend of 9th-11th November.
