Taking place on Saturday 12th and Sunday 13th January 2019, make sure you start the year with the best coaching advice going.
On Saturday, hear Emil Wingstedt provide an insight into his coaching experiences before taking part in a sprint orienteering practical session and then take the opportunity to discuss the activities in detail with Emil, Anthony Squire and Paul Taylor.
The Saturday concludes with Physical Literacy and Hamish Willis looking at how to develop the young orienteer into an athlete.
Sunday sees opportunities to attend workshops on safety for coaches working in Level D terrain or planning an athletes season. The Sunday concludes with the second physical literacy session.
