Good luck to all the GB athletes competing in the Nokian Tyres World Orienteering Championships 2019.

This year's championships will be taking place in the beautiful historic city of Sarpsborg, founded in 1016 by King Olav Haraldsson.

The Opening Ceremony will take place tomorrow (Monday 12 August) at 18:00 from Sarpsborg town square following the spectator race.  

The competition programme is as follows:

Middle Distance Qualifications
Tuesday 13th August,  Knatterudfjellet, Sarpsborg.

Long Distance
Wednesday 14th August, Mørk, Spydeberg.
