Sprint Relay and Individual Sprint races, Saturday 11 - Sunday 12 June 2022.

Orienteers get on their marks... and get set for an exciting two-day festival of sport.  Members of all ages will be battling it out and testing their skills, strength, and stamina in high-energy sprint racing in Leeds this weekend to be crowned 2022 British Sprint Champion!

Yorkshire and Humberside Orienteering Association are looking forward to welcoming competitors to Leeds for an exciting weekend of sprint orienteering starting on Day 1 (Saturday 11 June) with the British Sprint Relay Championships.

The event on Saturday is being held on the Headingley Campus of Leeds Beckett University.

  • The arena will be inside the athletics track.
  • The elite race starts at 14:00

  • 16:30 Prizegiving
  • 17:00 British Orienteering Annual General Meeting (AGM) – to be held in a room in the Carnegie School of Sport building from 17:00.

Becketts Campus is a mixture of large, grand Victorian buildings with newer additions and halls of residence. It is interspersed with well-maintained parklands.
