Description:	Part of BOK's Urban Series, held most Wednesday evenings from late April to early July. Short, Medium and Long courses available. Best 6 results on each course score for series prizes, with separate male and female competitions. There is also a separate 'Junior and Family Sprint' course for under-16s.
