Course description:	Terrain: Mainly runnable woodland with numerous paths situated on the side of a hill. Some areas are slow run with brambles. Also some open areas of fast running. If wet, some rocky slopes will be slippery. Map: 1:7500 scale, revised 2019 with some recent updates. Overprinted with course on waterproof paper.
