Description:	Part of BOK's Urban Series, with 10 events held most Wednesday evenings from late April to early July. Short, Medium and Long courses available. Best 6 results on each course score for series prizes, with separate male and female competitions. Under-16s must be acocmpanied by a responsible adult unless the event details state otherwise. There may be a separate 'Junior Sprint' course at some of the 2026 events. Watch this space!
