Course description:	One of the rougher & tougher Forest Enterprise managed woodlands on the South Downs, but there are some lovely runnable sections of beech woodland, but also some thicker brambly blocks. Courses will utilise as many of the nicer sections as possible with plenty of mapped paths through the less runnable sections.
