We’re pleased to announce that the 2025 Major Events Conference will take place across two sessions, on Tuesday 21 and Tuesday 28 October from 7-9 pm.
We're excited to have our excellent group of presenters covering a range of topics once again. This is an early registration opportunity for both sessions, and the exact topics covered in each session are still to be confirmed.

The full programme and speakers will be published in October's Newsletter, together with how to register, and is likely to include:
- Review of this year's Major Events; what has gone well and lessons to learn for the future
- Changes to the Competition Rules as a result of feedback from this year's Major Events from officials and competitors.
- Other Rule Changes for 2026
- Planning and organising for the Elite*
- Shadowing at Major Events
- Review of the Major Events structure
- Potential role of the Event Officials Group
