AGM Notice: check your email for an invite link

A reminder to all members that the Annual General Meeting will be held on Monday 29th June 2026 at 18:30.  

The meeting will take place online only this year to ensure it is accessible to as many members as possible and to encourage broader participation, regardless of location or other commitments. While the virtual format provides a convenient and inclusive platform for attendees to engage in the proceedings, voting will be possible for those attending online or by proxy submitted in advance. 

The AGM pack and information about how to vote has been sent out by Mi-voice who are independently administering the voting process again this year. If you have not received the email please check your junk folder and contact info@britishorienteering.org.uk if it is still missing.  

The AGM will take place via Teams , and invite links have been sent out to all eligible members via mi-voice. You can also register here to attend.  

Should a member have a question that they would have raised at the AGM, we ask that where possible they send it by email to info@britishorienteering.org.uk in advance of the meeting, ideally by 17:00 on Friday, 26th June 2026, although we will also endeavour to address questions that are raised during the meeting.
