British Team Ready for World Cup Round 3 Challenge in Czechia

Set in the picturesque forests of southern Czechia, the event marks the third round of the 2026 Orienteering World Cup and provides another opportunity for Britain's athletes to test themselves against the world's best on technically challenging terrain.

Competition Schedule

The week begins with qualification races on Wednesday, where athletes will compete for places in both the Long and Middle Distance finals.

  • Saturday 8 August – Middle Distance
  • Sunday 9 August – Relay

Following the Action

Fans will be able to follow the racing throughout the week via the IOF Live Centre, which includes live results, GPS tracking, maps and webcast information. The qualification race gets underway on Wednesday morning, before attention turns to Thursday's Long Distance, traditionally one of the toughest tests on the international calendar.
