One of the easiest ways to stay on top of your membership is to set up a Direct Debit payment. Once arranged, your renewal payment can be collected automatically, helping you avoid missing your renewal deadline and ensuring your membership stays active.

Direct Debit forms need to be returned to the office by 16 October 2026 to be implemented in time for 2027 renewals.

Please do not email mandate forms back to the National Office; they must be posted and require a handwritten signature for the banks. 

Note that if you do set up a Direct Debit with us, payment will come out of your account in December 2026 for 2027 membership.
