Performance Pathway Officer – Join the British Orienteering Performance Team

British Orienteering is looking for a Performance Pathway Officer to join our Performance Team and play an important role in supporting our international athletes and teams.

Working for up to two days per week, the role will support the administration and coordination of the Performance Pathway, including training camps, competitions and international activity. The postholder will work closely with Performance Team colleagues, volunteers, support staff and associated committees, helping to ensure that our athletes and teams have the organisation and support they need to perform at their best.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is highly organised, proactive and enjoys working as part of a team. You will need excellent communication and coordination skills, an ability to manage multiple priorities, and an enthusiasm for supporting athletes and the development of high-performance orienteering.
