Graham will be responsible for planning the delivery of training camps and competitions for the Development and Performance squads, while Mark will be responsible for mentoring and supporting our Development Squad athletes. Both will work with the wider Performance Pathway staff and coaches to strategically support GB athletes as they work toward goals on the international orienteering stage over the next few years.
Performance Pathway Manager, Pippa Archer, said "I am really looking forward to working with Graham and Mark. Between them, they bring many years of experience of elite orienteering, both through their own careers as international athletes, and through their previous work in supporting the next generation of elite orienteers. The GB squad are a fantastic bunch of athletes and I'm excited to be able to support them with such a great team behind the scenes."
Mark said: "I am delighted to be once again working in the British Orienteering Performance Pathway. Having had many successful years supporting the Talent Squad in previous years, I'm excited to be stepping up the pathway and supporting our next generation of international athletes in the Development Squad. Graham brings an incredible amount of experience to the team and I'm looking forward to building for the future under Pippa's leadership."

Graham added: "I am really excited about this new opportunity - I have been lucky enough to be a part of the GB team as an athlete for many years, and now I hope to be able to use my experience to help our current athletes to achieve their potential. I look forward to working with Pippa and Mark, and the rest of the team to put together an exciting program for the coming years."
We are thrilled to have both Mark and Graham on board and look forward to working with them both.
