Great Britain 2026 selection policy published

The 2026 Foot O selection policy has been published. The document contains details of the selection races and criteria that will be used when selecting athletes for all junior and senior international competitions that GBR will send a team to in 2026. The document also includes a link to an availability form, which should be used to declare interest in being selected to represent GBR at international competitions in 2026. Note that there are separate deadlines to complete the availability form for different races.

The 2026 selection panels will be chaired by Jenny Peel and we welcome new panel-member, Charlie Adams, who will fulfil the role of Scrutineer. The Scrutineer ensures that the selection policy is fairly and consistently applied, including the management of any conflicts of interest. We would like to take this opportunity to thank the outgoing  Chair and Scrutineer, Bob Dredge and Ranald Macdonald, respectively, for all their contributions to GBR selection processes.
