Photography and filming guidance updated

The updates are minor and clarify the lawful basis for taking photos and clarify when consent is explicitly required.

We have also updated the right to object form too, should anyone wish not to have their photo taken or used.

Wording has also been provided for Event Organisers to use when advertising their events, and should be provided to participants at registration, as well as being displayed at the event.
