City centre, residential roads and parks.  

Major roads can mostly be crossed using underpasses which are marked on the map.  Be aware of, and considerate too, other pedestrians.  Take care where you run alongside the river as the path can be narrow and extra care crossing bridges.

60 min score course with 20 controls.  Collect as many as you can in any order.
