Watermead Country Park -King Lear
The northern area is managed by Leicestershire County Council and Leicester City Council manages the southern end of Watermead Park.
Safety: The area has many water features: lakes, River Soar and Canal.

Courses
None of the courses are of the highest difficulty, so the Blue course is of Technical Difficulty 3 on a five-point scale. The map scale is for experienced orienteers. Watermead Mammoth has a new map and is easier to use.
