| Description: | his is a series of 4 friendly, straightforward orienteering events in parks in Waltham Forest, Redbridge, Newham and Tower Hamlets suitable for everyone from complete beginners to experienced orienteers. A great way to learn orienteering or improve the skills you already have. Find as many controls as you can in a 45 minute time limit. |

Courses
| Course description: | 45 minute score course – Find as many of the approx 30 controls as you can within the time limit. There will be about 20 controls at each event; you are not expected to locate them all. Most will find between 5 and 15. If you get stuck on one, just move onto the next one. |
