| Parking information: | Birk Brow is at the top of the steep bank on the A171 south east of Guisborough at grid reference NZ 658149. Click on the link to see a map. Low Moor and the registration area are exposed so please dress for the prevailing weather. |

Details
| Description: | The area has two distinct parts, separated by quiet road. Low Moor is a sloping area of heather moorland with patches of gorse and a pocket of old quarry workings. Skelton Warren is mixed woodland with scattered rock features on the steeper slopes to the North. The whole area has a good path network. Full leg cover is required for this event. The Open and Youth/Vet courses will cross the minor road. The Junior course is entirely on Low Moor and will not include a road crossing. There is usually a mobile cafe selling food and hot drinks in the car park |
