| Course description: | Green (open race with no trophies for juniors who are beyond the standard for this event) Light Green (Open Junior Elite - for experienced club juniors) 4 Km approx Long Orange (Under 17s) 5 Km approx Orange (Under 15s)3.5 Km approx Yellow (Under 13s) 3 Km approx White (Under 11s) 2 Km approx Please note that this competition is aimed at novice juniors to help recruit more people in to the sport. Club juniors are encouraged to "run up" an age level at whatever colour course you normally run. The age categories are not BOF classes; they depend on your age ON THE DAY OF THE EVENT. |
