| Description: | 45 Minute score event - get as many controls as you can in 45 minutes. If you get them all you will have run about 8 km. There will also be a Yellow standard course with simpler controls suitable for beginners. |

| Course description: | Please note No Toilets on site. Terrain - Open Hill Side with some patches of deciduous woodland and areas of detailed contours as result of former mining activity. Mainly runnable but quite a steep slope in places. For those that want a bit of practice / tuition before they go out, there will also be some short training exercises on offer with coaching from Nigel Ferrand |
