| Description: | Courses: Green 5.7K, Short Green 4K, Orange 3.1K, Yellow 2.3K Coaching for all levels from 10.30 to 11.30 ish. Most of exercises will be on use of compass, together with the other skills needed to use a compass effectively. Complete beginners very welcome. See you there. |

| Course description: | Terrain: The country park is on reclaimed mining land. There is a mixture of fast open areas and small wooded areas. There are many small fenced wooded enclosures. The runability of these is generally slower than shown on the map, but courses have been planned to avoid the need to enter these enclosures. The park includes one of the largest landscape sculptures in the UK of Sultan the pit pony. |
