| Description: | Novice/Junior, short and long courses in Bute Park Cardiff CC have put up a fan zone in part of Bute Park so Wales fans can follow the team in France. It will not be open on the 22nd but an area of the park will be out of bounds. It does not impact on the courses and is shown as out of bounds on the maps. There is also a small 5km running race in the park and again the courses have been planned taking this into account. |

Courses
| Course description: | All courses are within Bute Park so juniors can run any of the courses. Novice / junior course The novice /junior course is about 1km as the crow flies but you will need to run further to complete, with 10 controls and all within the confines of the Bute Park. We would suggest that all novices try this course first before running one of the longer courses. All runners under 16 years of age must run this course. Medium The second course is about 3.5km long and has 15 controls to visit. Long The longest course is about 6km, direct line and about 18 controls |
