SI-cards will not be available for hire on the day. However, SI-card hire can be prearranged. You can reserve a hired SI-card via Racesignup when you put in your entries. There will be a £1.00 hire charge. Please collect your hired SI-card from Download before your run and return it as you download after your run. Take care of your hired SI-card, as there will be a £20 charge if you lose it. |

| Course description: | A 6.5 km Men Open (M18 - M40) B 5.5 km Men Vet (M45+), Women Open (W18 - W40) C 4.5 km Men Supervet (M55+), Women Vet W45+ D 3.5 km Men Ultravet (M65+), Women Supervet (W55+) E 2.5 km Men Hypervet (M75+), Women Ultravet (W65+), Women Hypervet (W75+) F 2.5 km Men Junior (M16-), Women Junior (W16-) G 1.5 km Men Young Junior (M12-), Women Young Junior (W12-) For safety reasons (road crossings), competitors aged 16 and younger on the day of the event may only compete on courses F and G. The course lengths are provisional at this stage. Height gain may be appreciable on the longer courses. |
