Details
| Description: | Part of BOK's Urban Orienteering Series, held most Wednesday evenings from Spring to early Summer. Short, Medium and Long courses offered at each event. Best 6 results on each course score for league trophies, with separate male and female competitions. Juniors (under 16) must be accompanied by a responsible adult on all courses, unless the Event Details specify otherwise. |

Courses
| Course description: | Urban footpaths, residential streets, playing fields with a small section of woodland crossed by an extensive path network. Road shoes, running shorts and vests suitable. The Long and Medium courses cross busy roads. Please be extra careful when crossing these roads and use pedestrian crossings when necessary. Beware of traffic around the suburban streets and you must be respectful to other pedestrians. All competitors on the Short Course should use the zebra crossing when crossing the main road as noted in the descriptions. |
