Land Access
This section contains information to assist with the task of ensuring that land access has been secured for all the areas of land and property that may be used for a competition. It looks at all the matters that need to be considered and researched.
There are standard letters and notices that can be adapted for local use. These are to inform local residents and land users about the staging of an event.
As well as obtaining land access it will be necessary to publish on the website details of the areas that are subject to an embargo and the details of what exactly the embargo means.
This also includes any reserve areas as well as the identified competition areas.
