The Extraordinary General Meeting of British Orienteering Federation Limited will be held at 11:00am on Saturday 29th October 2016, venue; The Priory Rooms Meeting & Conference Centre, Quaker Meeting House, 40 Bull St, Birmingham B4 6AF.

There is one proposal, to increase the membership fees and levy for 2017.

The EGM Booklet, containing details of the EGM, the proposal, supporting statement and proxy voting form is available here. If you are not attending the EGM, but would like to cast a vote, please use the proxy voting form attached in the EGM Booklet following the instructions.

The Association and Club Conference will follow the EGM after a short break.
