| Description: | Final Event (3) of the Sunny Sussex Weekend. A SE League event. To be eligible for prizes, please enter the correct course for your age class (as follows). Black (M21), Brown (M35-40), Short Brown (M18-20, M45-50, W21), Blue (M16, M55-60, W35-40), Short Blue (M65, W18-20, W45-50), Green (M70, W16, W55-60), Short Green (M75-90, W65-70), Very Short Green (W75-90), Light Green (M14, W14), Long Orange (Adult Novice), Orange (M12, W12), Yellow (M10, W10), White M10B, W10B. A Children’s Naughty Numbers course will also be offered. |

| Course description: | Friston Forest was last used for the Sunny Sussex weekend in 2016 and had excellent reviews. The runnability of this largely beech forest has much improved over recent years and offers the opportunity for much straight line running.
