The European Trail Orienteering Championships 2018 will be held in Bratislava, the capital of Slovakia, and its neighbouring areas - the Záhorie lowlands and the Little Carpathian mountains.

Those selected to compete at the European Trail Orienteering Championships next week in Bratislava, Slovakia, 27 April – 4 May 2018 are as follows:
Open PreO: Charles Bromley Gardner (British Army Orienteering Club), Ian Ditchfield (Mole Valley Orienteering Club), Tom Dobra (University of Bristol Orienteering Club), Peter Huzan (South London Orienteers and Wayfarers), John Kewley (Manchester and District Orienteering Club) and Iain Phillips (Leicestershire Orienteering Club).
Para PreO: Dick Keighley (Wimborne Orienteers) and Peter Roberts (Eborienteers)
Open Relay: Two teams to be selected from all named above

Charles Bromley Gardner GBR Team Manager European Trail Orienteering Championships 2018, says: “It’s a strong team, partially limited by new parental duties, looking forward to pitting ourselves against 145 (and five Japanese) of Europe’s finest Trail orienteers. It’s our first major international competition of the year, and a significant challenge on the way to the World Championships later in the year in Latvia. Good luck to all!”
