With places limited, members are urged to book their place early.

Saturday sees a focus on club initiatives, data and surveys to help clubs get a better understanding of how to make informed decisions on the clubs direction.

Sunday moves onto looking into the volunteering sector, youth and the club offer for members which considers what clubs are doing to help retain existing members whilst making their club an attractive position for new people in a busy sporting market.

Taking place over the weekend of Saturday 11 and Sunday 12 January 2020, the conference will be taking place at the YHA National Forest, Swadlincote, near Burton on Trent and has secured exclusive use of the venue. A key part of the conference will see presentations of some great projects from clubs across the country. If you would like to share your story get in touch with Peter Brooke on pbrooke@britishorienteering.org.uk.
