It's been quite the year for Kris! Not only did he excel for Team GB at the World Orienteering Championships in June, he has also found success across many different disciplines.

Trail Marathons? Won. Road Half Marathons? Won. WOC Mixed Sprint Relay? Silver. British Sprint Championships? Silver. 5000m Champion? Yep. Cross Country Champion? Tick.

Next week Kris heads off as part of the Great Britain and Northern Ireland team to compete at the World Mountain & Trail Running Championships in Thailand, a challenge like no other he has faced. How does a self-styled guy, living in Dundee cope for challenges out there and what are the thoughts behind his year of success?
