Parking information:Dog walkers car park. Turn left (heading south) off A24 about 0.5 mile (south of) Black Horse pub into Maytree Avenue and left again into Storrington Rise. Car park 300m uphill. Park on street if full.
Dog rules:Well-behaved dogs on a lead. The whole of the mapped area is National Trust and from time to time sheep and/or cattle may graze

Description:SO Saturday morning league aimed at club members and newcomers. Four courses: - Blue - difficult (approx 6km), Green - difficult (approx 4km), Orange - medium (approx 2.5km), Yellow - easy (approx 1.5km)

Courses

Course description:Cissbury Ring is an Iron-age hill fort, the largest in Sussex. It is a mainly open downland area with lots of pits (ancient flint mines). We also use the hillside below the ring, some of which is wooded or scrubby and quite steep in places.
