Description: Training / coaching - from 10:00 What's on offer - a variety of short exercises and tuition to teach you the basics or improve your current skills. Suitable for youngsters or adult improvers. A good place to practice distance and direction skills, so don’t forget your compass. What to wear - bring along shoes with grip that you can run in, waterproof clothing in case it rains and something to eat and drink. The local event ; Starts from 11.30 - 12:30 Courses close at 14:30 Note No Toilests on site

Course description:Courses Yellow - About 2km - ideal course for the junior novice all on paths Orange - About 2.5 km - suited to the novice adult or advancing junior with a number of controls off paths Green - About 4 km This course is for the more experienced orienteer. Blue - About 6 km This course is for the more experienced orienteer who wants a slightly longer course.
