Details

Description:The Adams Avery competition will be a Harris relay for teams of 3. Teams will be given a set of 3 maps with a spine of 8 controls of the same technical difficulty as an Orange course. There will be a further 27 controls of harder difficulty. All the team must visit the spine controls. At least one team member must visit each of the other controls. All team runners will start at same time in a mass start. Winner will be first team back who have been to all controls. The Junior and Ad Hoc relays will be traditional relays run in accordance with the rules on the BOK website. Note that this event is not eligible for the "Happy Eggs 2-for-1 Adventure” promotion, as it is a relay event for pre-entered teams.

Courses

Course description:Primary Schools: Year 6 or below. Three legs of White standard Intermediate Schools: Total of school years must not exceed 27 (6th formers count as year 11). There will be three legs in order Orange, Yellow, Orange. Open Schools: No age restrictions, but all must be in school. Legs of Green, Blue then Orange. Ad Hoc: Green, Blue then Orange legs, open to all. Adams-Avery: Teams of 3 (any age).
