| Description: | Starts will be open between 6.00 pm and 7.00 pm. Courses close at 8.00. If you are new to the sport and want some initial coaching please arrive between 5.00 and 6.00 and someone will be there to show you the basics.3 courses of different lengths/difficulty. Suitable for everyone, please contact organiser if you are bringing a group |

Courses
| Course description: | Juniors, under 16, can run both the novice and middle, but not the long as this course will involve road crossings. The novice /junior course is about 1.1 km as the crow flies with 9 controls. The medium course is about 3.3km long and has 13 controls. The longest course is about 5 km and has about 15 controls. |
